Manuals with extender

Hi all for a long time I have just been using my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] with no other exercises. I am going to start doing manuals so the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] will be supplementing my manual stretches.
I was thinking of a program along the lines of
Stretch straight down 3x15 seconds
" " side left and right 3x15 seconds
" " straight down 3x15 seconds
DLD sock stretches down to the sides and up 3x15 seconds each
I am going to be doing the stretches 4 times a day split into 2 so 2 times basic stretches and 2 times DLD sock stretches before I mount my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and I average about 5-6 hours a day in my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Do you think that this will be over doing it or will it be enough stretching. There will be no girth exercises as I am totally concentrating on length at the moment.

Yesterday and today I have been doing this and I have not felt this sort of a stretch for a long time and it actually feels really good. There is a little fatigue there but not enough to stop. So now that I am doing this I do not think I want to stop but I would like some advice on my routine that I have chosen.
 
It is a great combination. I got my fastest result when I was combining them both. I did mostly DLD blasters, and a lot of "lazy ass stretches btc" right before the mounting. I then noticed that I could stretch longer immideately after inside the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], then the gainings came faster. The only reason that I quit doing it is because of the amazing dedication it takes to keep doing that, combined with hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. But I really recommend you to do keep doing it as long as you have the extra energy.

An extra tip is:

first - do your stretching routine as you described above.
then put on all wrapping, padding on your penis like you do before mounting the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].
Then before mounting it, put your wrapped penis btc and sit on it AKA "lazy ass stretches". Move your hips closer towards the end of the chair and intensify the stretch for a couple of minutes.
Then really fast, let go of the lazy ass stretch, and immideately put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. This will give you a great starting length insie the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].


(this last tip, is something I did always when I combined manual+extender, and it gave really good results, so give it a try!)

Thanks Fed I am actually a little annoyed that I have not been doing this the whole time but I am glad that I am doing them now. It makes wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] much more comfortable for some reason I am not to sure why though. And yes it does take a little more time and energy to do this but that is Ok I can handle that. I always new that you where doing this but never really thought much off it.
So guys if you are wearing a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] keep up with the manual stretches. Actually I would make the manuals your prime routine and then let the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] compliment your manuals after doing this for 2 days I can see the benefits of doing this and I am sure that if anyone else does it they will get the same results as me.
 
i have the manual stretches and the lazy ass stretches down...now all i have to do is incorporate the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]...still haven't been able to work it in...but hopefully soon
