Hi all for a long time I have just been using my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] with no other exercises. I am going to start doing manuals so the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] will be supplementing my manual stretches.
I was thinking of a program along the lines of
Stretch straight down 3x15 seconds
" " side left and right 3x15 seconds
" " straight down 3x15 seconds
DLD sock stretches down to the sides and up 3x15 seconds each
I am going to be doing the stretches 4 times a day split into 2 so 2 times basic stretches and 2 times DLD sock stretches before I mount my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and I average about 5-6 hours a day in my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Do you think that this will be over doing it or will it be enough stretching. There will be no girth exercises as I am totally concentrating on length at the moment.
Yesterday and today I have been doing this and I have not felt this sort of a stretch for a long time and it actually feels really good. There is a little fatigue there but not enough to stop. So now that I am doing this I do not think I want to stop but I would like some advice on my routine that I have chosen.
