ManPlan86 Routine and Progress

Found your attack routine.
I sure hope so!

Will fine tune over the next week and update. I want to find that consistent sweet spot where I max out circumference and leave nowhere else but up/length to go.

I seemed to get about 1/4-3/8" more length measurement in the 2" cylinder, but I'm thinking that was due to a little more stretch in the skin at my base and throughout the shaft since less sticking to the sides.

I warmed up prior with some standard light jelqing and SSJ using vaseline and was still pretty greased up going in, but may need more lubrication or need to add more during the session.
 
Morning routine:

In front of space heater:
5 minutes Jelq
5 minutes SSJ

4 sets pumping over 30 minutes in 1.75" inch cylinder-Climb to 5Hg within first minute, creap up to 8Hg in second minute, stay at 8Hg for 3 minutes. Kegel and reverse Kegel during. Slow release back down to 3Hg and start again for next set.

Small rest with light massage, kegel and SSJ then 5th set with 2" cylinder for 4 minute creep up to 10Hg.

Rest and massage then 6th set just cause I wanted to experiment back to 1.75" cylinder after squeezing and massaging. Barely fit and had to go in semi erect.

6th set lasted 10 minutes, and got pressure up to 5Hg and then slow creeped for a minute up to 8Hg. Held 8Hg for a minute then slowly up to 9Hg for 30 seconds, back down to 8Hg for a minute, then continued the up to 9Hg and back down to 8Hg remainder of 10 minutes.

On the sixth set, I was the closest to 8" length I have been, just over 7.75". Coming out, I was super fat but not feeling any fluid retention.

Put on the C-ring and warmed down in the shower to get ready for work.

Silistretcher on for the day after shower.

Another good pumping session this morning.

I didnt have quite as much time today as yesterday, so left out one 5 minute session with the 2" cylinder today and stuck with the 1.75" for the routine.

Warmup in front of space heater:
5 minute Jelq
5 minute SSJs

Sessions 1-4:

1st built up vaccum to 5Hg, then slower creep over a minute up to 8Hg. Kegel and hold 8Hg for 4 minutes.

Discovered a little trick to tilt the water trap so only water returns back to pump cylinder, and kegel to get any air bubbles in the line back into the trap. A little tricky, but seemed to work well with no air being introduced back in to the cylinder for pumps 2-4.

Released vaccum down to just under 3Hg, rest a couple minutes with light Kegels and then back up to 8Hg for 4 minutes. Repeated this for session 3 and 4.

Took a 5 minute massage and light SSJ break after session 4 in front of the heater. Noted some thicker harder veins below the glans, so massaged that area out to where I could hardly feel them.

Session 5 still with 1.75". Built up vacuum to 5Hg, then creep to 8Hg. Hold 8Hg for a minute, then up to 9Hg for 20-30 seconds, back down to 8Hg for a minute, then back up to 9Hg for 20-30 seconds. Continued this for 10 minutes until slow release of vaccum at end of 10 minutes then C-ring on.

Hot shower warm down, Silistretcher on for the day and off to work.
 
Very nice. Make sure to always pay attention to the expansion afterwards, and a few hours later. You'll notice considerable changes from the unique dynamic pumping over the weeks.

1.75" cylinder
C Jelq and massage, light stretching with vaseline to warm up

5 minutes at 8Hg
Rest, massage and jelq for 3 minutes
5 minutes alternating 8-9.5 Hg

I dont air pump often, but time was tight and I wanted a little boost to go in to the evening.

C-ring on with frequent kegels and squeezes to keep blood fresh and flowing. Edging at the hour mark and plan to keep C-ring on another couple hours until bed.

If you are looking for a healthy alternative to Vaseline, organic shea butter or coconut oil are good substitutes.
 
Shea butter is thicker and smoother than coconut oil, similar to Vaseline. Coconut oil can be a bit rougher on the components since you still have micro fines causing pressure seal gap. As long as you use the fluid trap, it should be fine for either.

Very good substitutes. Vaseline will give better lube for the length it lasts but these other creams are very good you just need to apply more often

A little challenged starting fully erect today, starting girth 4 3/4" and final girth 5 3/8".

Tomorrow will be an off day for my wedding anniversary unless I can sneak in a quick pump session.
 
I have not updated my progress log in a month!

I have been traveling for work and a family trip over the 4th of July holiday so my daily consistency and focus has been a bit out of whack. Also still having some marriage challenges so been feeling a little bummed out.

Despite the schedule conflicts and not always feeling the best about myself, I have got pumping in 3-4 times/week, plus manual hand stretching and sillistretcher as much as possible.

Time to celebrate achieving a milestone goal and recognize my personal progress. I hit 8" in the 1.75" which is up almost half an inch from early June!

Over 3 weeks since last post. I need to be better than that! Had a week+ long break from pumping and any serious routine while on vacation with my family. I wore a silisleeve everyday and did piss pulls and 30 second ball and lig stretches most days over the 9 days of vacation.

Been back at it for the last 10 days, pumping 3-4 days in the morning and with silistretcher on for remainder of day, then taking a day off with just a silisleeve all day and some stretching + ball and lig.

I feel like the break helped improve my EQ quite a bit, but now struggling a little to get full hard, maybe getting to 80% during workouts and running out of steam towards the end of my workouts. As a Christian, I avoid the naked people stuff as much as possible.

I also took some erect measurements this morning preworkout and I seem to have lost a little girth from 5", maybe a quarter inch but picked up about a quarter inch in erect length. Not sure if that translates to lose some to gain some or what?... Last time I tried sex with my wife a month+ ago she said girth was a bit much for her, so I guess I'm ok with pushing length for now as that is my plan with 1 3/4" MityVac cylinder so seems to be working on slowing girth and pushing length.

Measurement at hardest erect I could get was girth just over 4 and 3/4" and bone pressed erect length at about 7 3/8".

I think some of my EQ issues might be in my head, as not much if any love coming from my wife lately. I have failed to mention that I did about 90 days prior of a libido booster supplement and not sure it helped too much or not. On a two week break from it as recommended on the bottle and just started this week taking a horny goat weed supplement to see if that helps with EQ and the lack of morning erections.
