they are all pretty much the same animal. I find that the auto is more comfortable more bulky. Flip a coin.

That attachment might be a little more comfortable than my Vimax noose, but it is basically the same product, from my estimation. Wonder if someone sells that attachment separately?

All the design are basically the same, with exception to the strapping method but I have always assumed guys would create their own strapping method to what is most comfortable for them.

It's all individual preference, but that Malecore thing looked like it covered more surface area of the cock, therefore there's less pressure in one small area.
