I can't feel anything when fucking!

I am circumsized
I fucked the same girl a couple times first time (about a month ago)..didnt work with the condom on, so she jerked me off and that worked. I googled and read somewhere that regular dry jerking off could reduce sensitivity, also dry skin can, also being circumsized and wearing boxers because of the constant friction when you move can deaden or desensitize the nerves a bit.
I have been moistursing and I used viagra and cialis and the second time I fucked her and it was better (glad I had the V though). It's still not crazy sensitive, but seems to be improving a little bit. Suprised more haven't run into this

Doesn't sound like it was from Penis Enlargement then if it's been happening ON and OFF for years. As MAXAMEYES said, you really should see a doctor about it.
 
I would just go see your doctor, he or she will be able to give you a better idea of what and why it happened.
