I don't post much, but I figured I'd ask some info from some of the hardcore guys here. I measured before I started tonight and got about 7 1/2" Bp on the top and have been doing mainly jelqing and have started to incorporate some hard squeeze sessions for some girth workout within the past few weeks. My question is, after I did the squeezes I remeasured and got just over 7" bp. Is it common for you guys to get a loss w/girth and if so how long does it usually last? I haven't been able to measure the girh because I haven't gotten a loose tape yet. But I have started to see some small changes w the girth. I've seen that a lot of you use other devices, but due to the situation I am in , I really can't have that kind of stuff hanging around. no pun intended
Are there any other good hand routines I can incorporate? Thanks!
