So I have this problem that doesn't allow me to keep a 100% erection during sex. First off, please don't worry about the pre cum. That is absolutely normal and part of the ejaculation process. You mentioned that when you pre cum you begin to loose your erection to around 60-70% but you did not mention if you're actually able to finish off with your partner or knocking one out ✊ if you are able to continue and finish the job then it's all good , however if you loose it all together then of course it's going to become a problem for you. Can you actually remember when this first happened? Were you going solo or with someone? Did it happen the next time you where active? Has it happened under the influence of alcohol? Have you taken Viagra and it's happened to you ? Most of the time , and from my own personal experience and plenty of other guys suffer from performance anxiety. It's a fucking killer! Our minds are our worst enemies. We can subconsciously set ourselves into a very unpleasant repeating process of erection loss due to a number of negative happenings. Once we have any type of negative occurrence regarding our cocks we begin to fear it happening again, thus setting off performance anxiety.

Viagra is a performance enhancer and removes all preconceived worries regarding sex. By no means is this option a cure but it can be a short term fix until you can fix your mind. Stop masturbating. Do lots of kegels, eat healthy and exercise. You should be fine If you do these things I mentioned.
