loosing the "under chin"

I was wondering if some of you guys could help me out.
I've got a pretty large head (face) and according to me a relativly large "under chin". Also my cheeks are pretty "fat". I'm doing cardio once a week and also fitness on the side, but I can't seem to get rid of these two. I've also got this problem that my facial skin is very "oily". This makes my skin very shiny...please help...

I have some facial/chin fat too and most will tell you that there is really no proven method to spot reduce, so just focus on a good all-round diet to lose that fat.

You will loose the double chin when your bodyfat is low enough, just a case of plodding on watching diet and doing cardio.

Vit b5 is very good for drying up excess oily skin but you need to start of with quite a high dose 10g a day dropping down to 5 g a day once you have it under control, you can buy it in powdered form fairly cheaply compared to tablets,it does taste vile though.

Are you over-weight ?
When you do lose weight, the face is the first place it shows ...
Some people have wider facial structures and this ,combined with an oily skin, will keep you younger-looking for longer.
Moreover, oily skin tends to be thicker and I presume you have a broader nose and fuller lips in this context ?
I had an oily skin with acne till age 35 but now (at almost 50) I have no lines or wrinkles at all and my skin is better than most men of 30 !
Mattifying lotions can help the oiliness as can deep cleansing.
Severe acne means a trip to the dermotologist.

There is a product made from shark cartilege that can help and is available in most chemists shops for about £7.50.
It is called "Ketsugo" and comes highly recommended !

N.G. is right, pal. Don't worry about the oily skin--it's a blessing in disguise. I have it and it keeps my skin supple--with virtually no wrinkles--and I'm a hell of a lot older than N.G.

I'm not over-weighted at all I'm 1.71m and about 65-67 kg
I've got a slight (beer)belly but that is reducing rapidly. Well you could say I look pretty young for my age, but having Indonesian parrents does the trick too. Unless I forget to shave for a few days...than I look much older :-p No acne though :-)

WannaGrow,

You're pretty skinny now, if my math is right. I have some fat pad, too, and I'm not overweight at all. I think that fat under your chin may act something like the fat pad above your penis. Not sure. Are you sure you want to lose more weight? Maybe what you've described are just your natural facial structure and there may be little that you can do about it.

I would love to get skinny, skinny, to see if I could lose my fat pad, but my doctor says I'm thin enough.

However, I've been laid up for the past few weeks and haven't been able to work out as I usually do. So I've been sucking in my tummy each time I do a kegel.

Figure it can't hurt.

:)

There are 3 things you can do that will help with the chin area!

1.Reduce your caloric intake, and work on doing 30 minutes of cardio in the morning before breakfeast!

2.Drink green tea 4 times aday.It increases the bodies metabolism, and is a very good antioxidant!

3.Learn to do facial exercises!!The muscles in the chin area and facial area, become lax and degenerate over time. Also poor posture will contribute to a double chin. There is a very good book that I would recommend, that gives many tips on skin care, and exercises that will get rid of sagging facial muscles, and the double chin: Author:Senta Maria Runge. Name of the book"Face Lifting By Exercise"

its true that the face/jawline/neck is the first place u lose it at

ive been doing kickboxing once/twice a day for a while or once every 2 days if im too sore the next. ive been losing weight steadily doin that without a strict diet but just tryin to make better choices wit what i eat. pizza is my shit tho rofl
