I've been coming to these forums for a while...sorta reading up on Penis Enlargement stuff. And I was going to start on a program but had a question.

or

I've tried a few exercises before, but never did it consistently.

No need to spend money on devices until you have gone through all the manual exercises.

IMO you should do at least 3 months of consistent manual exersices before you even think about adding a device.
