lig/tunica ?

I spend a lot of time during my stretching routine focusing on the ligs. I'd say 2/3 of my stretching targets this area. I don't notice my dick hanging much lower after all this though and it usually feels really hard and tight. But after I do a lot of tunica stretching it seems to hang lower and have more of a mushy feel to it. Would this be a sign that I should focus on the tunica more, or that maybe I'm overdoing the lig stretches?

When the LOT theory came out there was pandemonium in the Penis Enlargement world, men frantically checked their LOT and redesigned their routines. I was too paranoid to abandon LIG work because I had a low LOT. I valued the new information but I was not ready to leave my complete stretching routine behind. This was around the time I redesigned Phase 1 Stretching to include multi-angles that included stretches based on a low LOT while still keeping 50% of the routine LIG oriented. I still do more than 50% of my stretching downward.
 
my lot is around 8, I hear ya on being paraniod and not abandoning lig stretches. I think I'll try a routine that goes 50/50 on both. One thing I don't understand is if you stretch at or near you lot will it help both or have no effect. I remember a guy who gave me lots of good advice a long time ago said he noticed his best gains (I think about 1 1/2 in erect length) from goin against the lot theory and stretching only at his lot. Any thoughts guys?
 
what do you guys think about the hard vs. mushy feeling after stretching? Does either give any insight to whats helping future gains?

Sometimes after a strech It feels loose and mushy, like next day. normally means gains are on the way, I take a break for a day when it gets like that, norm after 3 days of Penis Enlargement in a row.
