Hey guys. Noticed today after hanging I had some pain during the sock stretch. About the back left of my perineum, when I pulled far enough.. I continued the stretch by stopping before where the pain began and holding for about 15 seconds. But I'd always feel pain at a certain point of the stretch, depending on how far I'd go.
Anyway yeah. This doesn't mean that it's a permanent wall does it? I can still make gains right?
