Lifelong penis bump - should I see urologist? ( pics included )

Hi All,
I have had this knot on top of my penis where veins reach the head and then it divers off to the right. I have seen guys pics around here and no one has this, anyone experienced anything like this? It doesnt cause any pain

I have upload 2 pics, the vein is to the right of the main vein and apologies if this is wrong forum
