Length Gainers how hard to you push?

I have seen a few posts on this and it seems pretty consistant. People who gain length faster seem to train longer and especially more intensely than slow gainers.

I am curious to see how you rate yourself on the gaining scale
1= almost no gains
10= DLD type gains

and on the intensity scale
1= not intenst at all
10= almost unbearable

I would say I am a 6 ( on gains) /7 (on intensity) or 6/7
 
Well for me when im still new and i find it hard on my head sometimes. From april to june i gained 1/4 inch which was awsome. i found that i could put more pressure as the months went by because my head was getting used to it. i lost some since i stopped but im at it again and it hurts to pull to hard. For me at first I was like a 7 on gains and 4 at first and 8 when i got used to it as far as intensity goes. id stretch for like 10 - 30 min. 20 being average. so i believe it quality not quantity. I think i doesnt hurt to give light stretches on off days to keep the ligs at full length so they dont retract when they heal.

Keeping you guy warm really helps too.
 
As I posted somewhere recently, intensity is difficult to convey. At level 10 I believe you are doing exactly what you need to do to gain the fastest. Individually, every man needs to find their own 10 threshold. This requires pushing oneself each day to the point of exhaustion. Finding the sweet spot that lays between injury and maximum effectiveness takes time and experience. Push yourself more and more and you will find this sweet spot. The area between injury and mex. effectiveness is broad and obvious once it is attained. Injuring the penis through stretching IS VERY DIFFICULT. I hung, at periods of my Penis Enlargement, more than 50 pounds for hours on end and never got an injury. Intensity os the key to making swift gains.
 
My initial length gain of 1 inch in the past 6 months is good but i feel like i could have gained 1.5 if i pushed it harder. i have not been as disciplined with my routines as i woudl like. i hope to gain another inch in the next 4-5 months with a more disciplined routine
