Meanwhile i’m doing weighted kegel exercises, like doing kegels and reverse kegels with 10 grams of fishing lead, up until 100 grams lol. So my fishing lead comes in very handy for resisted kegel training.
How much should I jelq ? I thought of doing 100 jelqs, lightly, on monday - wednesday- friday with a rest day in between. Just for bloodflow, stronger erections... No girth.
Is this possible? What do you recommend? More or less jelqs? Or maybe jelqing lightly every day?
And what if I gain girth? Should I quit jelqing all together? Because i’m a very easy girth gainer, i’m at 5.7 inch girth and I would like to keep it that way, but with the improved bloodflow and erection hardness of steel.
