Got you. There are 3 paths in PE and the fastest and most effective path is number 3.
1. All manual work.
2. Exclusively Tools
3. A combination of 1 and 2.

This is based on years of data and experience. I started working in the PE area in late 1999. This was a time when there really were no tools but air pumps. Big Al and Stillwantmore were the first 2 Brothers I met. This was in 2000 and at a time before MOS existed. I posted on 2 forums and I was creating new, more powerful exercises than ever before. I was the first advocate for erect work. I was ostracized for it, non the less it became essential to girth work. I was doing what to much posting on other forums and I decided to go solo in 2003. This allowed me to create any exercise I wanted and post it with no resistance. All men from other forum quickly made there way here. We became the biggest forum back in 2015. Well the biggest without lying about our number as other forums do. So for me in the beginning MOS was strictly manual work.

Very quickly the LengthMaster was needed as DLD Blasters became (and still is) the biggest threads on rival forums. Doing DLD Blasters was not possible for all men so I created the PowerAssist (future LengthMaster) to help men do the A-Stretch, which was needed to do DLD Blasters. This allowed all men to do then no matter how long they were. It quickly turned into so much more and eventually the LengthMaster. It has a long, rich history and was a big part of my routine along with many others. Soon after this we became involved with other tools, that you see here today, that help men do PE without having to do all the work. So you find exclusive equipment routines. These are about successful as the manual routines. The combination of tools and manual work, with 16 years in the making, SRT is the perfect combination and stands as the best PE Routine ever! When some men can not make gains any other way SRT affords them the ability to succeed in a new way. A much more intense routine for sure but the gains come so much quicker most either use it or base their routines off of it.

I gained by creating new exercise to further my growth. The only tool I used was the LengthMaster (Previously the PA) to make most of my gains. I created SRT on a hunch that I thought would allow me to make my final size, and that it did. It is a complex routine at first but once understood and mastered it will help even the most stubborn penis to grow.

I am very pleased with the work I did on SRT and it will always be in some sort of flux since PE changes in ways. For instance when I realized Bundled Stretches stretched the Tunica very efficiently I incorporated that into SRT. So it is good to read updates.

Gains can be made in many ways, I this helped.
 
Lets say i bought an extender (option 2 ) , whats the better manual work to go alongside with it (for lenght only) i really want to jelq for lenght it seems i dont gain girth with jelquing only lenght my girth is below average dont know what to do

Option two would be equipment based work and the best way to do that for length is definitely the Phallosan for a few different reasons. The biggest plus is that you can wear it through the night giving you eight hours of stretching he wouldn’t get in otherwise. The second thing is it works very nicely as a gaining tool and a healing tool. You can use it 24 hours a day so you can get all of your length work in using the Phallosan exclusively. You also gain some girth using the Phallosan, not a great deal but definitely girth at the base. Doing a tool based girth workout is a little bit more difficult because there really isn’t any decent tool that can do the work for you. The fastest route to making girth gains is to spend 30 to 40 minutes a day doing the SRT 3x3×5 routine. You use the Bathmate in conjunction with the slow squash jelq. So there is a manual portion but this routine packs on girth very very quickly!

I have been looking at a new machine that’s coming out that’s made for Jelqing but it looks very expensive and they’re not gonna give me a sample so I got a wait till I can afford it and buy one to test it out. I cannot even discuss it specifically because I’m still trying to make a deal. But for the most part the best way to gain girth is the SRT 3 ×3×5 routine.
 
As long as you are doing what works best for you, I'm sure you will make gains.

That’s it if you have nothing but your hands you can still make gains. Tools to quicken the process but there was a time when there were no tools and people still made great gains.
 
Yes it took a lot of that especially when the only thing I had was my hands. I’m glad that that was the case because if it were not I would’ve never made up the hundreds of exercises and routines I have. Only having my hands made it urgent that I create new more powerful exercises to continue my growth. Once a Lengthmaster came out I was able to start using tools but this was towards the last five years of my training.
