LARGEST & smallest

I have heard that the LARGEST penis on record for an adult was about 14 inches erect and the smallest on record for an adult was less than 2 inches erect, but I haven't been able to substantiate this. Does anybody know for sure the LARGEST and/or smallest penis size on record for an adult?
 
Who would ever want to be that big! I mean 10" NBPenis EnlargementL is one thing, but over a foot? 13.5" is like from my elbow to halfway up my palm.

It's cool to dream about, but in reality would really suck big dick, no pun intended.

Supposedly is the key word since i've never seen an actual pic of his dick... I believe that he also had problems getting and keeping it up...
 
A couple of years ago, Channel 4 did three shows called "Penis Envy"; Jonah Falcon was the subject of the third of the series. There they claimed that they'd measured him at 13.6 inches; they showed him (and other men) erect but had to pixelate the erections for TV.
 
Largest is 1, Smallest is 0
