KitFisto's workout. Going for the "Fight Club" body.

For those of you that have seen fight club, have seen Tyler Durdens (Brad Pitts) amazing body. Its lean, mean, ripped and chiselled to perfection.

I am aiming for that. But would like help from my fellow Penis Enlargement'ers.

I am already really skinny and do not put on weight much at all, so that gives me an advantage in this goal. I just got to work the body.

Now, I am not joining a gym as I don't have the money or time. I have dumbbells at home and also own a 12 kg Kettlebell. Kettlebells are really really good.

I already have a set of kettlebell exercises that I do and am wondering if anyone knows any more great ones that will work my whole body.

I am keen to get my pecs looking good, and I need some exercises for my back as well. (as well as everywhere else)

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'll try and get some progress pics going.
