i had taken all this in 1992 during my school athletics and in 1998 for 2 years when I was doing body building. Not now any more. Now in fact I need to loose.

I am close with the exception of tuna, that is my main protein.

I really want to stick to a diet but I feel too weak. The moment I start it this time I'm gonna stick to it.

-That sounds good man, sounds really good to be honest. If you have tuna as a main source and eliminate the other sources of protein thats a huge step man

This idea is VERY missunderstood by people....don't eat after 8...or dont't eat after 6...or don't eat at all...you shouldn't eat 3 hours before bed.So if you go to sleep at 10,your last meal should be at 7.If you go to sleep at 11,you should eat your last meal at 8.If you have a fucked up sleep schedule and you go to sleep at 2 AM,and you don't eat anything after 6:30 you will starve until 2 AM.
Food needs time to digest..if you eat and go to bed without waiting 2-3 hours there are high chances that all the food that you just ate will be stored as fat.

I always eat before bed, and I never seem to get fat. Of course I'm really young, and exercise regularly.

dont eat but you can have soup.

see I lost weight from 95 kgs to 70 kgs in just 3 months. That was in 1993. My weight bounced back to 84 kgs after 6 years of my marriage . I got married in 1999. I can tell my routine and experience.
 
And Indian food is supposed to be all spicy it should speed your metabolism. Oh I like spicy food, hot cheetos.
