Kegels And Impacts On Size?

I understand the benefits and indirect size increases kegels can bring, but do they have any direct increases in size? I think I remember reading somewhere that they directly increase penis head size. If that's true, in what way? Do they make the penis head longer or girthier or both?

They're more for EQ increases or sustaining than anything. While also being a helpful addition to maintain EQ during girth routines/workouts.

imo you will only see noticable differences if you dont have a very good eq to start off with

If you have weak pelvic floor muscles it will translate to weak erections. This in itself will cause a smaller size. If Kegels are all you do you will soon realize your maximum size and much harder erections. Outside of this they will not directly increase size beyond your maximum size. In order to grow in size it takes girth and length work and the continued practice of Kegels.
