Can someone create a video of themselves kegeling while erect and flaccid I still don't know if I'm doing it right

You don't need a video.
When you go to the toilet for a pee stop yourself peeing half way through. That is the feeling you need to remember as that's the muscle that you use when you do the kegel exercise.
Whether you are erect or flaccid it is the same muscle.
