Kegel confusion

Im confused on what a kegel is, when you kegel and your penis is erect, it rises up....is that the reverse kegel or is that the normal kegel?

Theres one when you push out like your pissing and one when you hold the urine back....just confused on which is which

The kegel is where you hold the piss back and the penis rises when your erect or flaccid, the reverse kegel is like forcing piss out.

It is just the muscle you use to force to piss out, of course you can and should do this exercise also ''dry''. Just imagine that you force your piss out, don't actually do it.

ive tried this a few times. even while pissing. i dont think i have it! haha

when i 'force' it out my abs are tensing... is that what we're supposed to target? maybe i'm so under developed in this reverse kegel thing that i cant do it yet LOL

I agree. I think that reverse kegeling is just contracting your abs. I don't think there's a special muscle that forces your piss out.

It is not a muscle movement it is more of a muscle relaxation. When you push all muscles are released.
