Kegals help

Hi i am struggling greatly with kegels i injured my back awhile back and lost like all core strength in the pelvic and mid section. I suffer from frequent urination, Premature ejeulation, and ED. im only 21.

Was wondering how do i know if im stopping my pee flow and not just not pushing any more?
Is there any other ways to find the pc muscle?

and what signs show if your doing it right does your penis move do your balls go up atm i can not tell if im pulling them up by using my abs or my pc muscle?

Also what does it feel like if any one could describe it i would be very appreciative of your help
 
If you grip your flaccid penis behind the glans and pull it out, you should feel a slight tugback when your tightening your PC muscle.
When erect, your penis will move slightly up and down when flexing and unflexing the PC muscle.
Thats what happens to me annyways :P
 
The idea is to stop the flow of urine while you are pissing.You use the PC muscle to achieve this.
Some people cannot do this until they develop strength in that muscle.When you stop the flow there will be a couple of drops of urine that come out of the penis cause its like closing a valve and then there is a bit left after the valve is closed .

Are there any other ways other then kegeles to strengthen your pc muscles. Next to the peeing way and sticking your finger in your anus how us can u locate your pc muscle.
 
last question. Does the area right above the penis the U shaped area just bellow the abs and belly feel like its getting tight and slightly moves up at an angle if doing it right?

You don't need to stick your finger in your anus. If you press that small space between your balls and your anus, you can also find the muscle. Try pressing it when you make the contraction to stop your pee. You should feel something moving in that space between balls and anus.
Have you tried doing towel raises with your erect penis? If you can do that (even if it's just a couple) you're doing keggels.

It does not matter how you do them. You can do them erect with a small towel over the end of your penis for an extra challenge though.
