the thing that i like most about this is that it takes care of the kegaling workout, and in my opinion works out the PC muscle more than just the standard workout.
the way you do it (or at least the way I do it) is;
1) get to full erection
2) kegal a few times
3) kegal and hold and jelq, holding the kegal throughout the 6 second jelq
4) release the kegal while the hand is at the tip of the penis
5) kegal and hold
6) grab the base of the penis with your opposite hand
7) release the hand thats at the top of the penis
8) jelq
9) repeat steps 3-8
