Just got my SG.

Now that I finally have my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], I am wearing it and it is very comfortable and have no problems with it so far. ONly thing is my noose is too thick, but as of right now the comfort strap suits the purpose. I just have a question, would anyone know how long or like maybe a chart of the extensivesness you'd need for growth daily? Such as will you grow if you wear it for two hours a day? Personally I am going to wear it as much as possible, but I'd like to know if there is an approximation of how much you should grow based on time.

A few people have said that they have had a problem fitting it through the holes.

I'd recommend that you soak it in hot water first to make it more flexible this may help it go through.

It needs to be a tight fit or it will slip out of the holes when you're wearing the device.

You should gradually build up your hours of use with the device so for the first couple of weeks wear it for 2 hours per day then build up by 1 hour each week until you're wearing it for up to 8 hours per day.

The longer you wear your device for the better the gains you'll see.

Most people should start to see gains within the first few months of use.

Some studies (and no I cannot provide a link, I'm sorry) have said that it needs to be worn at least 4 hours daily for any noticeable gains in a timely matter. While I may agree with that statement, I think that is if you are only wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. If you supplement the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] with manual stretches as well, you can maybe take some time off that.

However if you are able to do anywhere from 4-6 hours daily, that would be ideal IMO. I do about 3 hours daily but also supplement with about half an hour of Kettle Bell stretches.
