Today, day 1: 2 sets of basic stretches, hung for 5 minutes, Bathmate around 10 mins and 100 jelqs

I've been doing the basic stretches for 3 sets every morning, wearing the SS as much as possible during day, and bathmate at night. Tomorrow I will get an updated measurement. Oh also introduced some hanging today. 5 lb for about 20 mins

measured in today at 6.3ish BPEL and 4.85 EG. I've actually gained since restarting a month ago!
