Nah man I was feeling sore in my member and a slight pain whenever an erection would come on so I figured I would give it some rest. Glad I did, felt good today and just got my stretching in

Good to hear! It can be pretty sore sometimes to the point where it’s hard to train. At those times it’s smart rest. But if it’s just the fatigue and no soreness I would push through it and take advantage of the fatigue and get in as much stretching as you can!
 
Been stretching every morning. I've given up on jelqing the last 4 days because I really want to quit adult entertainment completely.. and I can't seem to do girth work without. Honestly for me right now its either girth work or quit adult entertainment.. Between a rock and a hard spot currently. Maybe I'll just stick with length for now, though i do really want to gain girth
 
That's what I have struggled with in the past is not being able to give a 100% birth routine in the past. I'm doing the same as far as focusing on length for now the girth down the road. Once you quit watching adult entertainment for a little bit doing girth work will be easier mentally to achieve maximum erection. adult entertainment clouds the mind and messes with all sorts of receptors in the brain which can re wire how we think of sex and what turns us on.
 
Its difficult to quiet if your so engrossed with adult entertainment, its after all like an addiction to drugs believe it or not.
Try the visualization, and these can be non-sexual to begin with.

Yes, I lke that my EQ is getting better and my guy feels a bit bigger to me. I just need to be more consistent, and I probably need to pick up a length device

Don’t wait for the right opportunity created it! Consistency is all about how much you want your desire. If you want this bad enough you’ll create time and dedicate yourself. With this commitment and consistency you’ll see results very quickly which will give you even more inspiration to continue.

What is the worst thing you can do other than injury by doing a lot aka 300 jelqs in a day, bundled stretching 20mins, hanging 2 hours (getting into fatigue from the start), bathmate 10mins, ADS 8 hours+.
I feel like I'm on a pretty big routine, the pain is just ever so slight all day (like a good pain), feels like the tunica is on a constant stretch and ligs too.

In other words can you not gain from doing too much?
If anything I'm applying more time than weight and intensity so I've all got that to progress with, so far have not needed increase either.

It’s a fair question and I can only give you my opinion based on my experience and also on the experiences of other people that I’ve worked with. In my case I trained hard-core every single day without a break for over 10 years. Each day was packed with 2 to 3 routines so I was spending probably eight hours a day doing PE and all the other time I was used Uncle Jim’s wrap and a heating pad to heal. This was long before I developed SRT. I wish I would’ve talked more about the healing process when I was actively gaining. But today we have SRT that gives all the methods of healing and gaining so everybody can take part.

In some cases men do better with less work. I’m not completely sure why this happens it’s kind of a phenomenon but certain people will do better with a one day on one day off program, or some variation of that. So for some people the less is more and others more is necessary. The only way to determine this is to go by how your body reacts. Keep a close eye on rest days and healing days compared to gaining days where you’re actively training and keep that data in your progress thread because I’ve been collecting data over the past few months on rest days and how they affect different people.

I’ll have to play it as it goes and I’ll throw some stats up.
I did notice as soon as I did some bundled stretching, I lengthened quite a bit for just one session. Sign of tough tunica?
After I do this I can feel the whole of member stretch in a hang or ADS.

The tunica is the same for every man and its density is 95% which makes it the biggest hurdle in PE. The bundled stretching loosens the Tunica allowing it to take up much more expansion so that when you start your routine you’re already pre-stretched and ready to go. Bundled stretching became a huge part of SRT which I believe to be the best routine ever. For so many years we put so much emphasis on gaining with a little emphasis on healing. Back in the day healing was doing the warm down for five minutes. Today with SRT every moment of the day is used to heal bringing gains twice as fast.
