Today's Session

  • Weight hanger 2hrs
  • Piss pulls
  • Bathmate 5x3
  • Bathmate expressive stretches
  • Isolated compression squeeze
Very good session today, hanging was a joy, some very good numbers were hit and the ligament took a beating. Bathmate session was decent, the expressive stretches hurt waaaaay too much on the ligament and the base, anyone else had this issue? And my EQ for the ICS was much better, could still see some improvement but it was sound.

Extenders are on the way!

Every time I stretch, you get used to the feeling.

So the Bathmate can handle these hardcore pulls I presume.

I have always been careful with the rubber part/the gator, I don't know how much torque it can handle? But it seams to work for you, so this may not be a factor.

Not a half bad session today, the highlight would be the piss pulls as today I was getting an incredible pull on them. I've been doubling down on my grip training and hand conditioning the last wee while and my grip strength has been soaring, I already had a grip that was close to twice the average strength for my age but it keeps getting better, that would explain the better manual pulls. The hanging session was also very good, the ligament behaved itself very well today, very happy with it overall.

I was meant to take a break from girth today but still ended up doing the ICSs. The session was incredible and I felt a very good expansion on the penis.

The Best Extender has finally left China and is on it's was to the UK. Can't wait to finally get my hands on it. I should have it in 1 week.

  • Bundled stretches + DLD Blasters 15 minutes
Very lax session today as I took a break from girth work. Yesterday I wasn't able to post it because I did them after my post but I did roughly 45 mins of ICSs following the post, very intense. That's why no girth today. My dick was soooooore this morning. My extender should be arriving this week or, at the absolute maximum, the beginning of next week.

I fantasise about all the extra hours of stretching I'm going to get with my extenders, it's never out of my mind. Can't wait!

The bathmate/mityvac hardcore stretch is very effective if you can be consistent doing it. I only did it for about a week and stopped. I decided to focus fully on the pumping experience and get the most out of it.
 
Today's Session

Just the Bathmate 5x3 today. Felt a sharp pain run through my ligament today so decided to give the hanging a rest for the moment. I knew it would happen eventually, it was just a matter of time.
Not to worry though, everything will hopefully be back up and running tommorow!

Annoying session today but I still got it done. The PeniMaster vacuum cup is malfunctioning and I'm sick of it, I need to make it last another 2 weeks before my second extender arrives that has cups that I can use with the Best Extender that is arriving in a few days, after that I am never touching a PeniMaster product again. After I got it working however it was a great hanging session, the ligament feels recovered and ready or some more work, and the bundled stretches were very intense.

No Nut November and No Shave November is here and I plan on following both, of course with the exception of getting an erection for my girth work. I feel it's a great time for it, and I hope that we can all learn some control in the end.

Going hard and intense my brother, I like that. You’ll most definitely start gaining BIG as long as you stay as consistent as you are now.

No nut and no shave November, hmm, wasn’t really aware that was a thing. Too bad I was weak and nutted yesterday, though will start off today then.
I usually go weeks to months between nutting despite my seriously high libido anyways, so no problem. And I need to grow my beard out again for winter time so that’s perfect.

Best of luck on your PE journey my brother. Wishing you plentiful of gains, which you will get the way you’re going at it.

Aye you can look at November as being a time for guys to learn control. No nutting means learning to resist temptation, and no shaving for some also means pushing through as some guys have it harder, itchier and patchier than others. I personally love the idea.

Can't wait for those gains my guy, whatever it takes I'll do it for them!
 
Freaked out a bit today guys. Checked the shipping on the Best Extender and it's at a pickup location however it will not allow me to access info on the self pickup as AliExpress is not allowing me to prove that the order is mine.
I've emailed Baseem to ask for guidance and I'll await a response, Baseem is a good guy trying to build a business so I hope to God that he'll sort this out for me because it's really gotten me a bit stressed out. I don't want to lose my money or have to wait another 3 weeks.
