Freaked out a bit today guys. Checked the shipping on the Best Extender and it's at a pickup location however it will not allow me to access info on the self pickup as AliExpress is not allowing me to prove that the order is mine.
I've emailed Baseem to ask for guidance and I'll await a response, Baseem is a good guy trying to build a business so I hope to God that he'll sort this out for me because it's really gotten me a bit stressed out. I don't want to lose my money or have to wait another 3 weeks.

Both my devices arrived today with no issues at all, wearing the rod extender right now, felt pain in the lower shaft, is this normal?

Today I finally received all of my extenders and I must admit I was a bit overwhelmed at first with everything. I have the Best extender by Baseem and a replica of the Phallosan Forte. I learned how to use the Best extender with the vacuum cup from the replica and began using it to try it out. The stretch was definitely noticeable, at the beginning there was some pain that I tackled by reducing the stretch until it went away. I'm going to need to get used to putting on the cups as well as using the device and knowing what I'm supposed to be feeling. I haven't tried out the ADS option with the extender that I'll definitely give a try tomorrow when I get back.
I did not pump today as I found it difficult to get an erection.

My ideal routine would be weight hanging, bundled stretching, rod extending, all day stretching and pumping, there is only so much time in the day so I will do everything in my power with the tools at my disposal. It's overwhelming and the pressure is high for me to get my money's worth but I will ensure that I make the most of it.

Yeah, maybe start out with less traction to start off with, only reason I started out at max traction is because my penis was so conditioned from all the other exercises I was doing beforehand.

When it comes to feeling «pain» in the shaft that’s usually something that happens to me after 3-4 hours of extending, guessing it’s my penis reacting to being stretched at 2-2800 grams of traction for several hours.

Best of luck with your extenders brother, hope you’ll be able to wear it pain free, especially in the glands area as that’s what’s usually becomes the problem after a few hours of wearing it.

With the multiple stretching options now available to me I can finally make the most out of each angle of stretching for the penis completely passively. I can give the Best Extender my highest regards as the stretch on it is outstanding, coupled with the stealth pull of the Phallosan and the weight hanger when I'm standing up, it is wiiiiiiiiild. My Bathmate session was also extravagant and it felt oh so very good.

Right now my biggest insecurity is the bodyfat gain from the bulk, it's something all lifter have to get their minds around unfortunately, but I'm pushing through everyday. Hopefully by the end of the bulk and cut I'll have 2 things: more muscle on the frame, and a much bigger penis than before.

Best of luck with your bulk, but try not to overdo it though as I know some people just get straight up fat on their bulk.

I’m on a mini bulk myself, trying to get to 200lbs++ on the morning weight, though I must admit I struggle with all the eating I have to do, don’t really like being too full in my stomach. Usually I just «main-gain» year around but I want to be over 200lbs or 91 kg with a visible six-pack. As of now my morning weight is 190lbs so gotta eat even more.😂

Keep on grinding and being consistent brotherman, so glad to see you’re working out as well as our whole bodies gotta get bigger and stronger, not just our penises. I could not live a good life if I did not work out everyday.
 
Just want to say that you also can be to big, I was over 120 kilogram before (181 cm long) and I moved around like a Gorilla on two legs.
I could throw away any human on the street, but I feel better now when I'm ligher. You can be ligher and also be strong. Just wanted to put that in there.

Yepp, you’re so correct about that as I’m 181 cm tall too and don’t like weighing too much, always been lean and strong though now I want to look seriously huge(people already perceive me as quite big/buff even with clothes on).

So 91- 93 kg’s on the morning weight it is, I find it to be the perfect blend of size while still being shredded.

That is a good weight. But when you can't buy regular clothes at the store (you are at the biggest size, and it's still small) and all your jeans just rip apart, you got a big problem, this was my reality before. 😂

There's alot of good online brands now when it comes to athletic builds
Big legs, small waist, big upper body
If I buy off the rack at stores it looks like I'm wearing a tent haha

I go by abs when it comes to the bulk, if they start to blur away very rapidly then it's time to back off, that's the way I do it, I don't like weighing myself but I do it when I need to.

Eating is a still that everyone needs to master🤣best advice from me is to not be so restrictive with the foos you eat, have some of the tastier stuff if it means you'll get your calories so long as you've got sufficient protein and micronutrients.

Everyone should workout, it's sad that I jacked guy in this modern era is someone that there majority view as an art exhibit when in reality he should be classed as the norm, really sad what the western world has become.

You're right about that. My favourite fit is an oversize tee when I'm in my bulk and a but tighter clothing when shredded. Shows off the best of each situation.

Yeah! The problem is not as excessive now as I have lost ~ 30 kilogram in body mass. But pants, jacket (no stretch) and underwear is still a problem. Just need to plan my purchases better.

Very good session, the use of the extender is really making everything much smoother and easier now that I have more flexibility. My penis definitely feels a little bit looser and longer now which I really like, I can tell that the gains are on their way. My holiday is coming up in I think 4 weeks, I'll have to check to make sure, and I'm planning on using the extender for many hours during this time period, maybe an average of 3 hours per day seems realistic for me. Can't wait!
 
Tomorrow I'll make my first attempt at wearing the ADS outside of the house under my clothes. I'm slightly conscience of the strap moving while I walk but I'll cross that bridge once I get there.

Agreed, I always buy form-fitted clothes that enchances my v-shape and muscular body.
