I agree with everything you said, keeping the tissue even a little more stretched would benefit gains. I would love an extender but I need to save money.

Thanks for the feedback. Haven't thought about the part where you mentioned EQ. It can be a good indicator if you have the correct intensity, or if you need to rest the tissue. Haven't thought about that before. Thanks. Really appreciate it.
Seriously an extender would be good from time to time I believe. Sometimes I'm just tired of the grind. Would have been nice to have it on like you said in bed. OR when reading. I will consider it.

Totally get the part about saving money, PE isn't worth breaking the bank over I 100% agree.
It's always good to have something for the days you feel tired or aren't doing anything as you can use this time to get some more total hours in.

You need to be smart with your money.
An extender would be a good compliment to my life, but I'm scared of loosing my upward curve penis/banana penis View attachment 1834003 , if I would use an extender.

I need to think about it.

Today's Session

  • Weight hanger 2hrs+
  • Bathmate 5x3
  • Isolated compression squeezes 20+ minutes(probably closer to 30)
Weight hanging today was absolutely brilliant, getting a fantastic pull on the ligament after adding more weight, gonna milk out the new weight before I add more. Bathmate session was very nice, maybe went a little too hard on the pressure but it's okay, not gonna do me any extreme harm. And the isolated compression squeeze session was astonishing, enjoyed it very much and felt a great expansion along the shaft of the penis.

I have ordered an extender and it will hopefully be here soon. I'll try to contact Baseem and ask how long it will take for the device to be shipped and if he has them still in stock. Can't wait to get more hours of stretching in!

Very good session today, finally noticing some interesting things occurring: I have what appears to be a stretch mark on the foreskin bellow my glans when it's not retracted, possibly a sign of stretching of the tunica after increasing the weight I'm using in my hanging sessions? Some markings, some red some just lines, along and below my glans following the Bathmate session. Both aren't painful, the stretch mark is perhaps a bit tender but nothing to cry about.

Altogether I'm feeling pretty good about it. The expressive stretches were very nice today, had to stop them before the third set of the Bathmate as they were getting sore, same thing with the hanging, the ligament became sore and I had to stop.

I probably will not hang tomorrow and I won't pump because it's been 2 days straight of pumping already. My extender will arrive hopefully on October the 23rd-24th so I have that to look forward to.

Things are starting to look up for me brothers!!

We where talking about an extender.

This does not apply to me. I'm always tired, and being tired have no power over my discipline to do my sessions. With my training schedule the process of gaining is optimal. But I get your approach with the extender, but for me it will not work. Maybe when I'm at my goal I can use an extender.
 
Today's Session

No training today as I've gone around 2 weeks now without a break from hanging and every exercise was bringing an undesirable level of discomfort. I will be back on the grind tomorrow without a doubt.

Sad news today unfortunately, I thought my extender was going to be delivered on the 23rd or 24th, however I have found out today that it will be here on the 2nd-6th of November. I don't mind though, I'd rather it be here of course, I have been making significant progress with the weights, Bathmate and manual exercises so I'm in no rush. The extender will simply allow me to continue stretching when walking around the house as well as keep my penis in an elongated state after a good hanging session.

As I said in a previous post today, I saw my penis with a good erection today and it's looking very good, I'm very pleased with what I've accomplished so far with PE. I'll eventually get the the point where I'll be hanging, extending, stretching under clothes all day, pumping and manual training my penis, I hope to get to this by mid next year if not by the end of this year, that's when the gains will be astronomical.

Very good session back after a rest day, my penis feels very good and recovered and I'm ready to continue the gain train. All my length work was very good, the piss pulls in particular felt very intense today, perhaps just as a result of the rest the ligament is needing stretched again which will 100% be happening in the coming days. Finally doing the Bathmate expressive stretches regularly and they are insane, I love the pull you get from them and I love the hang they leave you with after the session, the perfect end to a day of flaccid length work I say. And the isolated compression squeezes are feeling very different, gripping the base feels thicker as I there has been a noticeable girth increase in a short period of time, my post session hang is also thicker, so this is very promising for sure. Very good day of PE today.

Gotta stay patient for my extender to arrive, a bit annoying that the shipping will take so long(it's only 15 days from now but still, gains wait for no man). Can't wait to finally be able to get some extra hours of stretching per day on the tunica.

SSJ (Slow Squash Jelqs - link to exercise) == Isolated Compression Squeezes (ICS).

For some reason this exercise was renamed after the MOS DVD was released.

The SSJ video instruction in the MOS DVD works similar to Isolated Compression Squeezes but there are some differences.
But they follow the same concept of trapping blood between the hands, and then force more expansion then a regular Jelq.

But we are calling, Isolated Compression Squeezes for SSJ (Slow Squash Jelqs) instead now.

I should probably change that in the MOS DVD thread: MOS DVD with all exercises (videos extracted).

To make this more clear.

There are 2 videos on the DVDs, one for the SSJ and another for the ICS. And they are both different with the SSJ involving pushing on the top of the glans, and the ICS having you grip bellow the glans and compressing that way.
