Had the most gruelling MMA session today and get back very very late, tired, sweaty, disgusting, and most all sore. Wasn't able to use the pump, but it's no biggie at all, shit happens. Hanging session went very well, the hanging is honestly getting a bit annoying at this point with the way I have to position myself, I'm going to keep doing it forever, but I can't wait to have the extender to do more work with it on the side as well, just so hanging isn't my only main form of PE next to the Bathmate.
