Feeling fatigued, such a good sensation! Best P.E. session I've had in a long time.
Doing my best to pay attention to PI's, backing off pressure if I see dots appearing.

I've got some pretty significant baseball penis going on about 2.5" up my shaft.. How can I fill this area out?

Ride that fatigue into the sunset by stretching as much as possible. When you’re in a state of fatigue there’s no better time to stretch as the pelvic floor muscles cannot hold back.

I’m so glad love asked for help and I’m so glad there’s a routine that will correct very quickly. The SlowSquashJelq was made, in part, for isolated parts of the shaft that require more size to even everything out. Basically what you’ll be doing is the SSJ and applying it only to the portion of the shaft that needs to be thickened for evenness. If you look in this link at www.mattersofsize.com/access and you go to the AV section, look at the isolated compression squeeze, this was the name of the SSJ prior to me renaming it and will show you how to do it perfectly.

Isolated compression squeezes, those are the ones where you gently move it in circles upon compressing the area, correct?

I noticed when I'm in the pump the area that's less thick is very noticeable.

Full stretch routine (except bundleds)
5x5x2 (bad spotting. Fuck)
hanging 6 lbs for 20 mins.

I think I need to reduce it to 10 minutes.
 
5 minutes hanging 6lbs over my right leg
10 minutes hanging 6lbs down the center
5 minutes hanging 6lbs over my left leg
 
Now that I've got a lil' vac hanger set up courtesy of a good PE friend of mine, I've been incorporating 6lbs hanging into my day. Due to the severe spotting I haven't been doing my routine much. Sucks cause I imagine I could've made some good progress on some gains.

However, I have to take care of myself and the only penis I get, so if it means I have to back off.. Then I guess that's what I have to do.

@DLD should I hang before or after my routine? I may try to scale it back even more in intensity and see if I can prevent the damned spotting from showing back up.

Or, if you'd like to help me design a newish routine, that'd be great.

I would hang after your routine to use it more as a healing measure than a gaining one.
 
Due to the severe spotting issue, I've halted all expansion related exercises at the moment.

My penis feels somewhat fatigued from hanging 6lbs for like 2+ hours last night.
I know you just said to use hanging as a healing measure, so I'm thinking I'll take this off & do my stretch routine and get back into it afterward.
