I'm afraid I don't quite understand how it works!

Works just like the hand ball but just much more intensity and it’s under $10 at any wine store. They are called wine vacuums and we have directions on how to modify your pump. Do not fear this as it works so well and it will save you a ton of money.
 
Taking a few days off from girth work. I might do my stretching routine x2.

also, started no-fap around Jan. 30th or so.. Realized how much sensitivity and arousal gets taken away from masturbation. I am gonna use this as a discipline.
 
My biggest insecurity is my NPBEL. I feel and look so small at only 5-5.6" depending on arousal and EQ.

I can temp pump to 6.3" girth, and I assume I'm gaining permanent gains there, but my length is more my issue now. I need to lose 45 lbs so I can be at 200LBS, hopefully that will drop my fat pad at least 1"

For me it was a combination of gaining length and losing my fat pad. At the time I was 280 pounds with a fat pad close to 3 inches. My bone pressed length was 8 1/2 inches but you could only see 5 1/2 inches of it. I tacked on another inch and a half of length and I ended up losing my fat pad down to a quarter inch. Between these two things I was able to create the incredible length I gained.

Let’s stick with things for three months and make a decision then. It’s most important to get the most you can out of something you were doing before we change.

I've been taking several days off, and I haven't been masturbating. I went to my girlfriends house and we had sex 3 times successfully with minimal to no issue with me not staying hard.

I'm also still around 5.5'' from DAYS ago doing a single pump session of 15 minutes.

Good plan though, I shouldn't rush. I'm thinking I might do my routine tonight and get back into the swing of things.

5x5x1. Immediately super bruised... @DLD can I send you pictures, I'm a little freaked out. I think I might have to stop my routine for twoish weeks :(

But my BPFSL is 19.3CM or 7.598" Closing in on that 7.75" BPFSL!

it has! I'm going to probably lay off my girth routine for a few more days but I'm going to stretch in a little bit

Wow I can’t believe you’re still having this issue. How long does a spotting stick around? How much intensity are you using with the pump? Perhaps turning down the intensity of vacuum and cutting down to 2 1/2 minutes sets may solve this issue. If not we will find a solution my brother, have no fear I love challenges.

Spotting sticks around 2-3 days depending on how severe, sometimes longer.

My circ. scar will literally turn black. I was using max pressure in my bathmate with the comfort guard on. I'm going to try and reduce pressure with 2:30 SSJ sets in hopes it wont occur and I can maybe recondition myself for max pressure.
