I'm afraid I don't quite understand how it works!
My biggest insecurity is my NPBEL. I feel and look so small at only 5-5.6" depending on arousal and EQ.
I can temp pump to 6.3" girth, and I assume I'm gaining permanent gains there, but my length is more my issue now. I need to lose 45 lbs so I can be at 200LBS, hopefully that will drop my fat pad at least 1"
For me it was a combination of gaining length and losing my fat pad. At the time I was 280 pounds with a fat pad close to 3 inches. My bone pressed length was 8 1/2 inches but you could only see 5 1/2 inches of it. I tacked on another inch and a half of length and I ended up losing my fat pad down to a quarter inch. Between these two things I was able to create the incredible length I gained.
Do you think I should stick with my current routine until march & then we can move from there on whether or not I should change it up to focus more on length training?

How much intensity are you using with the pump? Perhaps turning down the intensity of vacuum and cutting down to 2 1/2 minutes sets may solve this issue.
