Will do girth routine later, my EQ/arousal was too high to do my stretches so I had to orgasm so that I could stretch without getting erect.

I have a question.
When I pumped yesterday, I had fluid build up under my glans, trying to move it around actually kind of stung. Is this dangerous or is it safe but I should avoid pumping that hard?
Well I enjoy making my final pump set extra time, that's what's really getting me up to the 6'' temporary mark.It’s not dangerous at all it’s exactly what you want to do to disperse fluid retention. That’s why in the 5×5×3 we’re doing SSJ between each pump set to disperse that fluid retention.

I'll do my stretching routine & wear my extender today for a few hours. Maybe do some SSJ's and squeezes, but I won't be doing the standard 5x5x3 as I use adult entertainment to get hard and maintain an EQ level suitable for SSJ's when I do my 5x5x3 sets. (I accidentally left my phone at my girlfriend's house).
