Still can't clamp so i began with 45min manual.
That is 30min non stop 100%erect wetjelqs. (Almondoil) 15min underhand grip 15min overhand grip
Followed by midshaft 20% erect kegel hold. (see picture) 3 times 5 minutes.
The way this works is not semi erect (50%) but under that, so 20% nearly flaccid (see picture where the base is still flaccid).
Do the OK-grip at the base (this could be a whole hand or fingers doesn't matter. Kegel couple times and let this kegel go trough the 50% "squeeze OKgrip". The last kegel is a directly squeeze 100%OKgrip, very firmly, very strong okgrip, nothing gets past anymore.
Now move the grip towards midshaft, you will feel you can't go past a point. Because you okgrip is very strong. If you stopped at earlier point and can't go to midshaft then you are to much erect. Find the erection that make you stop at the middle amd not before.
If you have that point then go towards the "70% pain level". that means that the pressure of your grip is stopped but you're still giving it let's say a 2400grams pressure with your grip towards the glans, so you decide the pressure that gives you your 70%pain. That means no pain but nearly pain.
Hold for 5minutes. You will feel pain in the wrist and if you switch hands then do this very quickly (2sec) with same amount of kegelhold. 2 second lost of expansion is neglectable, not more. Or simply grab behind the first grip to switch.
You can also rest your underarm on your side hip bone, this helps to hold it more with one hand (see picture where to rest the underarm)
When completing the 5 minutes then pause for 1 minute and squeeze your penis(see picture). The blood wil flow away downwards. (See picture with the white bloodless area's)
So we can start fresh blood in the next 5minutes. 3 times and then you're done.
Every 5 minutes of these exercises, you'll see your glans is spongy when you let the grip go. It seems there's 200 white spots but this is just the light that creates 100 shadows and 100 spongyness waves(trying to explain) a leather look. because of suddenly retraction of the glans . So thats no skin injury or bumps what so ever etc this is gone in 10 seconds.
When done, wash you penis a minute or two firmly against the shower head against bacteria, because of the jelqing and oil etc. Make it ph neutral with soap.
I do this 1 day of 1 day on this week, and still extend every day 6+ ours. Weekend totally off. But after 1 week I'll do this 2 days on 1 times a day. (Maybe two times a day, but minimum 1 a day). Because the extender is asking asking lot of hours for me, and extender is more important then the glans challenge. Maybe it's a fail so that's why tje care for extending at first place always.
I NEED OTHER man to take this challenge with me in a different exercise if this goes to fail, then we have backup if suddenly someone found a way!
I'll do this for three months before measurement so wish me luck!
Baseball effect:
I think this is genetic, you have it or you haven't. If this create a baseball effect then my base is already more than midshaft so this wil straighten it out, and is that a disadvantage in comparison with good glans gains? I guess not!
And can someone suddenly create a baseball effect in 3 months? I guess not.
And I think the baseball effect comes along ligament targeting (like extreem stretching or hanging etc). Not this exercise
And don't forget the 30min erect wetjelqs that is done before that and extending. Two exercises that are known to create bigger base expecially the extender.
