Have had 4 20-min Constricted Boa pump sessions since my last
posting.

Observations thus far, Glans retains slightly better size
and shape in the flaccid state.
During erections it has become easier to kegel in blood to the head
for expansion which aids in manual Glans work.
The underside of my Cock especially near under the Glans feels bulkier
and sturdier.
Got to 6.75 post pump Girth w/ minimal fluid retention for the first time(No puffy donut). Will post pic later on.
These Constricted Boas are starting to feel like real massive Girth builders.

I hear you. Keep bumping the thread until we have some people to join in. I do not want this to go to waste, I want to see results. If no one else cares to join and I will let you do this on your own and if you can so you made plausible gains you will get the prize yourself.

Come on guys there must be for more of you out there you can enter into this contest. If you win you get a fantastic prize so what’s the reason non of y’all are joining in? I’ll keep pumping this thread for a week and after that it will be a solo project. I really encourage other men to get involved
 
Still can't clamp so i began with 45min manual.

That is 30min non stop 100%erect wetjelqs. (Almondoil) 15min underhand grip 15min overhand grip

Followed by midshaft 20% erect kegel hold. (see picture) 3 times 5 minutes.

The way this works is not semi erect (50%) but under that, so 20% nearly flaccid (see picture where the base is still flaccid).

Do the OK-grip at the base (this could be a whole hand or fingers doesn't matter. Kegel couple times and let this kegel go trough the 50% "squeeze OKgrip". The last kegel is a directly squeeze 100%OKgrip, very firmly, very strong okgrip, nothing gets past anymore.

Now move the grip towards midshaft, you will feel you can't go past a point. Because you okgrip is very strong. If you stopped at earlier point and can't go to midshaft then you are to much erect. Find the erection that make you stop at the middle amd not before.

If you have that point then go towards the "70% pain level". that means that the pressure of your grip is stopped but you're still giving it let's say a 2400grams pressure with your grip towards the glans, so you decide the pressure that gives you your 70%pain. That means no pain but nearly pain.

Hold for 5minutes. You will feel pain in the wrist and if you switch hands then do this very quickly (2sec) with same amount of kegelhold. 2 second lost of expansion is neglectable, not more. Or simply grab behind the first grip to switch.

You can also rest your underarm on your side hip bone, this helps to hold it more with one hand (see picture where to rest the underarm)

When completing the 5 minutes then pause for 1 minute and squeeze your penis(see picture). The blood wil flow away downwards. (See picture with the white bloodless area's)

So we can start fresh blood in the next 5minutes. 3 times and then you're done.

Every 5 minutes of these exercises, you'll see your glans is spongy when you let the grip go. It seems there's 200 white spots but this is just the light that creates 100 shadows and 100 spongyness waves(trying to explain) a leather look. because of suddenly retraction of the glans . So thats no skin injury or bumps what so ever etc this is gone in 10 seconds.

When done, wash you penis a minute or two firmly against the shower head against bacteria, because of the jelqing and oil etc. Make it ph neutral with soap.

I do this 1 day of 1 day on this week, and still extend every day 6+ ours. Weekend totally off. But after 1 week I'll do this 2 days on 1 times a day. (Maybe two times a day, but minimum 1 a day). Because the extender is asking asking lot of hours for me, and extender is more important then the glans challenge. Maybe it's a fail so that's why tje care for extending at first place always.

I NEED OTHER man to take this challenge with me in a different exercise if this goes to fail, then we have backup if suddenly someone found a way!

I'll do this for three months before measurement so wish me luck!

Baseball effect:
I think this is genetic, you have it or you haven't. If this create a baseball effect then my base is already more than midshaft so this wil straighten it out, and is that a disadvantage in comparison with good glans gains? I guess not!

And can someone suddenly create a baseball effect in 3 months? I guess not.

And I think the baseball effect comes along ligament targeting (like extreem stretching or hanging etc). Not this exercise

And don't forget the 30min erect wetjelqs that is done before that and extending. Two exercises that are known to create bigger base expecially the extender.

Is see you folks in this thread in three months. (If I do the clamping with this, or any other change, I'll let you guys know also)

I'm still working those Constricted Boas.

I messed up the original Glans measurement and
I know because I've tried several re-measurements & every time it's
a different number, it's a total bitch getting a correct
measurement and I'm more than 2 weeks into the new routine set...and
I thought getting a good Girth measurement was hard cuz I'm uncut.

I've definitely noticed a better flaccid glans shape and my head
gets a bit bigger earlier in an erection.
I think these exercises might end up producing more shaping and flaring of the Coronal Ridge first and then after more time, to cemented higher volume & size.

It might be hard to tell because the Constricted Boas really
concentrate a lot of blood in the upper to mid Shaft and that's
where I see a more prominent size change.
With the Cock ring I've noticed a better compression in the tube
which leads to reduced fluid build up if you're doing hard Pumping
and will probably lead to faster Girth gains.

I'm also doing a bit of Wet Jelqs, Twisted Bundles and Erect Bends.

Good! Visit my thread where I explain how to measure without stress involved. This helps a lot with not loosing an erection.

Keep in mind that you shouldn't do any PE for a day (or two days PE where there is fluid build up involved). That's the right measure. After that you don't have to measure a couple of months.

You can take a day or two off for the measurement, don't worry. The measurement is far more important then two days off.
 
I've been trying to get a clamp so I could join, I feel this would help me to get good head gains, cant find any clamps around where I live and didnt want to buy one offline but may be only choice, also I just know it seems hard to measure this area particularly and just a pic of the penis in general is usually quite challenging for me lol total loss of erection, theres a few factors, I've only been in PE for 2 months and about a week so I have not ever recorded 3 months

The clamp would surely contribute to girth there must be a way. I hope you can find it!

Looks like things are picking up! Thank you my brother is for getting involved with this competition and I would love to see for Mormon sign up and get the ball rolling, so to speak LOL. The importance of this experiment is a HUGE, no one has ever been able to prove with picture that you can enlarge the head. Best exercises are created and gains are truly made this would be such a huge step in PE

To share or not, the requirements of measuring is the important thing here. Read the posts in this thread were these rules are discussed.

For example to follow the ridge exactly with your tape which creates a slightly curve behind the glans etc. Also my pics and my video are in the posts.

And no orgasm for two days no PE for two days. Very simple requirements for an awesome journey together!

Thank you so much for joining in! We have been waiting for people to sign up as this is such an important discovery to be made. I’m hoping that we not only come out of this knowing that we can increase head size but also, perhaps, some new exercises.
