Jelqing and the Slow Squash Jelq for Penis Enlargement | Q&A video with DLD

I am terribly confused by this. to me this is how the steps work:
1)I get nice and hard
  1. I squeeze my dick head and get the blood out.
  2. make the ok sign with the opposite hand and press in
  3. Using my palm on my glands, I press down?

What am I missing because I have tried and I don't feel anything.
If someone has made a vid of them doing it I am all eyes. I tried following your vid you did but am still itching my head.

You are simply gripping the extreme base with a thumb up grip with one hand while gripping just below the head with a thumb down grip. Now simply squash both hands together creating pressure and expansion between the grips. Sort of like an accordion.

I get myself fully erect. Once I have an optimum erection I will kegel as much blood into my penis as possible than with one hand I clamp off at the extreme base. I need some room to move the blood around so I will squeeze my glans releasing a small amount of blood than I clamp off at just below the head. The hand clamped off at the extreme base slowly and intensely jelq up while the other hand and squashes downward against the hand clamping at base. I am still applying upward pressure with lower hand while the clamped hand as the head is using the heal of the hand to push the blood around against the other. I move my hands around during the compression. The dual compression of the upper hand and lower hand should bring great pressure and expansion.

Don't judge a book by its cover :) and from all the positive feedback using this exercise, no one burst the dick, or became insensitive.

? I guess my dick would’ve busted like 13 years ago LOL. There is absolutely no danger in this whatsoever only pure expansion. There is nothing better than that SSJ the only thing that can improve on the SlowSquashJelqs is the 5×5×3 SRT workout with the MityVac!
 
SSJ is the most powerful exercise there is for girth......
You are actually compressing your penis which directly results in more blood flow.....

There is actually one more girth exercise just like SSJ but in this, you make tiny circles with the hand with which you hold your glands (do no know the exact name of the exercise).....

Is there any difference between SSJ and this other exercise?

You are correct my brother and the main reason I created this exercise is for the dual compression and the expansion you gain while exercising. There is no girth exercise that can even come close. It is also the best exercise to eliminate retention from hanging or pumping. And when used in its natural territory which is in the SRT, the 5×5×3 takes the cake!
 
Interesting. So is this essentially like a jelq that incorporates a bend, from the "squash" ??

Yeah yeah, it's an eggplant, I know. ??

It’s called the 5×5×3 and you’ll find it in SRT. Fve minutes of pumping and five minutes of SSJ repeat three times.

It is intense and should only be done when you've worked up to it with experience, it's prob not one for beginners.

That said I have a vein that has bust few times with bathmate but never when doing ssj's
 
Excellent bump and we should make this a sticky as it gives directions to the SSJ that you will not find anywhere else
