Hey bros just wanted to check in. I was real active and then just fell off. Acro gifted me his monthly prize and I just wanted to kind of check in and update.

I've been using my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] religiously, and I have actually measured a gain of 1/4" in girth now at this point even with a week off on vacation. Also I've been cutting weight and have lost close to 30 lbs in the last 3 months. All in all I'm up 1/2" in length and a 1/4" in girth now. I'm still on here all the time just havnt been posting as much as my new job I work 7 days a week so I only read the first few new post per day. I still appreciate this forum more then you bros will ever know and acromegaly for helping me out to get started. I will continue gaining till I meet my goal.

Also my wife loves the added growth! Keep it up to all you brothers out there.

Good to see you back Smitty! I am so happy to hear that you have made some very good gains. Also, how generous of Acromegaly donating to you. I did not know he did this and it makes me wonder how many Brothers help others undercover. I know we set a very good example in Brotherly Love but it is always beautiful to hear about the gifts that go unknown. Others should see this and gain a great deal of confidence and hope seeing the kindness here.

Thanks for the support everyone. Love this site and this brotherhood. I plan to try and drop another 20 lbs and that will put me around 215 which should be a good weight for my height and body build.

As for the gains I'll continue using my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] and stretching. I kind of make up my own routines to change stuff up but pretty much go off dld 5x3 routine with some adapted things I just try to shock my body haha.

Want to thank acro one more time bc if it wasn't for him I just could not have afforded a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] at the time no way possible. And honestly that's what keeps me doing consistent pe is the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] as a tool bc I love how easy and comfy it is and also knowing someone gifted it makes me guilty to not use it haha. It's good to know that you got gains even when you took a week off for vacation. I will be going on a short trip towards the end of March and that trip is likely to last up to 3 or 4 days. This means, in the month of March, I won't take any off days at all until end of the month when I embark on the 4 days trip.
