Itching and Burning

Sorry about the double post. But this is really bothering me. I recently started doing horse440's... I've been jelqing for about 4 months now with some decent gains. After a few sessions with the horses, my dick had developed fairly large red bruises. They itch like hell so I try to put some lotion with vitamin E on it. When I put the lotion on my dick, it burns like hell. I stopped working out about a week ago and my dick still itches and it still burns when I put the lotion on it. The bruises are gone but It's extremely irritating. Anyone else experience this? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks a lot.
 
I know exactly what you are talking about and lotion and or vitamin E may not be the cause of it becoming more irritated. Horses, like any squeeze, use a ton of pressure which results in micro-tears on the skin of the shaft. When these happen too quickly you eventually end up with skin irritation. This irritation comes with a healthy dose of the itchy's. Your best bet is to use Hydrocortizone (an anti-inch cream that speeds recovery on irritated skin) Keep the area clean and give yourself some time off until it clears up (should take no more than a couple days.) When you start up again work any squeeze exercise (horses, ulis, squash jelqs, etc.) in slowly and gradually. The skin take a while to build up endurance to these exercises.
