Is this a Thrombosis Vein? [PIC]

I think I have something similar, but I pulled the foreskin back to far, and it felt as though the skin parted slightly.
It seems to have healed, but it is still slightly sensitive to touch - I'll see if I can get a good photo of it.
I have heard of a treatment for those thin veins visible on people's legs - they inject them with salt water, and they then turn white and disappear - I wander if this isn't a vein that has had its blood supply cut off ?
It doesn't look dangerous though, but if no one else has any ideas its probably a good idea to have it checked out by a doctor.

Ive got a very similar vein to that mate it feels hard sometimes? i honestly feel like this vein has something to do with me still get very weak morning erections for a year now and sometimes when erect my penis does not fill up to its full capacity.
 
I would say to give it rest until it goes back to normal and when you resume, go easy with what seems to be jelqing? Since it doesnt hurt you will probably want to keep pe'ing so its probably going to get worse.

I've had those red spots (burst capillaries) in the beginning and I kept pe'ing and one of the spots turned into a bruise cos I didnt let it heal and now its a permanent spot. Kind of like a freckle lol

I would say the picture in the first post is thrombosis of the lymphatic vessel.
BUT NOW SURPRISE! I HAVE A HARDENED VEIN ASWELL:

I have ENCIRCLED the visible part of this hardened vein.
The green line running down is the not visible part.

It is truly remarkable, this vein is really hard compared to the others. It is HARD when FLACCID.
Hardly visible or noticeable.

I should have warmed up longer, and massaged after every session.
I have bought the Monkey Spanker this will help, I am going to rest 2 weeks massage heat pad every day and Ibroprofen.


I will work on LENGTH in the meantime!!!!

I have done a few diff programs, but I have always been doing some form of Penis Enlargement for about 3-4 years now. Only in the last year or so have my veins really came in.
