Don't measure so much. Gains come as they do with everyone, sometimes fast and sometimes slower. Your goal is quite humble and see this happening within 6 months.

When ever you have the hardest cock. I used to take a viagra so within a 1/2 hour I would measure.

NBPEL or No Bone Pressed Elongation Length is a measurement without pressing the measuring device (best is a stick ruler for a straight penis and a tailor tape for a curved penis) against your pelvic bone for your full erected penis size. It's barely touching your pubic skin to measure your penis. This is often called "observable length". The hidden part of the penis under your public fat pad may not be accounted for.

Some brothers do have the same flaccid (soft penis) and erected (hard penis) length. This is not uncommon. I can say that around 28% of the male population has this phenomenon.

So, for your logging record, you can use even if they are the same:

NBPFSL: xx cm
NBEL: xx cm

In PE, as you grow, your erected length commonly becomes longer than your flaccid. But in some cases, both flaccid and erect lengths will be the same. You don't have to worry too much on it. It will look more pleasing to your partner.
 
For me there was always a difference between bpel and flaccid stretched size. It was always around a half inch. So everyone has a slightly different measurements. What is most effective is measure once every 3 to 6 months

NBEL is less as you put it than he flaccid. Why? Flaccid, for NBFL, is when the state of your ligaments and muscles are relaxed. When they are relaxed, the length becomes more.

When you are erected, your tissues tighten up, your muscles contract, and your tunica ligaments may curve, causing your length to shorten. This is why your NBEL is less than than your NBFL.
 
Bpfs is the first area of gain. This eventually will become erect length. you can look at it as a crystal ball into your future. Just keep up with your routine and add intensity and exercise when needed to continue making gains 💪

Very common. This is when your body detects something is not right, and the stresses to the penis is too much. The body try to preserve itself by turtling, or retraction, to prevent injuries. Every time you perform PE, you are causing micro injuries. The body does not like it.

Don't wonder. Attempt to reach maximum erection at all time if you can during your jelqing sessions if you can, and ONLY if you can. This is erect jelqing. For those who have issues with constant erectile quality, it's something to train your brain to find a way to do it. Even I have a hard time keeping a solid erection constantly without stimulation, but it doesn't stop me from trying to reprogram my brain to do so.

Best to keep the adult entertainment videos out of your life as much as you can. I can understand using some photographic content to initiate your stimulation, but even that needs to be minimized. If you have a partner, or an imaginary partner of choice, use that photographic aid to help you. But for the videos, stay away from it. Use your mind to generate the imaginative visualization you need. Otherwise, the world of PIED can come back to haunt you. It's as dangerous as drug addiction.

When you want to measure, measure two levels: after jelqing sessions to measure your POTENTIAL gains and 24 hours after for the normalcy state. Normalcy state is when your body has time to reset everything. Your potential gain sizes predict what your body is willing to yield to your gains and your body is willing to reset itself to the new states if you're willing to keep going forward with your training. There is a hard limit where you body says, "Enough is enough." Your body will not provide that new potential sizes you want because the body hasn't catch up with its reprogramming yet. Your body and brain actually have hard limits programmed into your very DNA to prevent you from killing yourself. it's the same with your muscles and skeletal structures. You can't go past that limit no matter how much drugs you use and how hard to try. The safety switches are built in to prevent you from killing yourself.

However, in the world of PE, there is a way to go around those hard limits, but it does take time and patience. DLD already proved to us that hard limits for the penis can be overcame with a lot of hard work.
