This is due to penile stresses. So, go easy with newbie routine until your penis is conditioned up for the higher intensities, and then increase the intensities. Stick with 2 days on, 1 day off for now.
Not sure how the 1.5 days off going to work out since after each day of routine, you actually have up to 14 hours of rest. So, any day you're resting, you may have up to 40 hours of rest. This is your call, brother. See if this proposed method works for you.i suggest another routine which is suitable to me too
