It's one of those things you get when you combine an 'n' with an 'e'...you get and 'n e' thing LOL. Go to a hard ware store and get a hose clamp and some pipe insulation if youre having that big of trouble finding cable clamps. I dont know what you have at your disposal at your house...none of us do...so how could we tell you??

Maybe you could use something like an elastic band until you make your way to a hardware store. It may hurt to get it off though

I used a belt for a while...

...a while being like a week, until I got a cable clamp, and then heaven's light shone on me...

Use a strip of hose or stocking, and just tie it on at the base, that is what i have been doing, and it works great.

use a SHOE STRING like I did, simple as.
Stay away from elastic bands, they will tear and cut the skin.

Cable clamps are fairly inexpensive.Home Depots got em,Look in the electrical isle.
