Is it possible to get a huge flaccid hang if your scrotum is tight to the body as opposed ot having low hangers?
is there correlation between flaccid hang and ball hang?

Ball hang has everything to do with penis hang. The reason the DLD Testicle Health, stretch and massage are so important is that they loosen the connecting structures at the base of the penis (underside) and where the scrotum connects to the skin. If balls are too high, the flaccid penis will be high and in many cases turtled.
