I did a study called "Is Everything Really What it Seems" that took an in depth look into adult entertainment start sizes. This study is about 7 years old and needs to be updated but still some good reading to get into.

Now regarding the adult entertainment stars sizes and the ones you mention. Many think Mandingo is 12 inches and the truth is no one really knows. He has never had a ruler shot with him and the girls he screws are mostly small. I had him estimated to be in the late 9 inch range going upwards to 10 inches but no more and that was based on a focal point in the image. Lexington Steele has been measured in a video clip albeit not accurate by some bimbo whore and estimates are anywhere from 8.2-9 inches in length.

Mandingo also has allot of trouble maintaining an erection. He would be more suited working on that aspect than more size. He's a pe'er for sure but no more than 10 inches.
 
I think Mandingo is the biggest and I believe he is at the ten, ten and a half range, nbp. His girth is perfect for his length but all and all he is too big:)

I honestly doubt Mandingo is 10 inches nbpel. He said somewhere his real-size was around 9 inches, same as Lexington Steele. The only thing that sets them apart are the height ( Mandingo being 5'11, or 6' vs Lexington's 6'3'' height ). If you noticed, when Lexington bends down a bit he looks the same as Mandingo's length.
 
Its part of his style. In the phisod, he's the "hot girl" that the girl works for. He takes his time with his long sword, but if you pay attention his strokes are pretty precise.
