Is the size genetics ADS useless after newbie gains ?

I've been pretty busy, and when I get home, the last thing I want to do is do an hour of LM3 stretches.

I just rather passively exercise using the size genetics for a few hours, would this approach be practically useless considering I had gotten newbie gains using the size genetics, and I may need more intensity to gain?

I have the traction on the SG stretched out as far as it possibly can without my penis slipping out of the noose.
 
To make quick gains, you have to either use only the length master or do a combination of 20 minutes length master session with 4 hours SG time.
 
Thanks @huge-girth for the recommendation i might give that a try. 20 minutes with the lm3, sounds better than an hour :)

The 1 hour length master session is 20 minutes to be done 3 times in a day making a total of 60 minutes/1 hour.

If you can combine 20 minutes length master session with 4 hours of extender time, the gains will keep coming. But you must remember to change the length master routine once every 3 months.
 
Think of the LM3 routine within that 20 minutes as shortcut in breaking down the initial tissue counteraction. The extender/stretcher requires at least 4 hours at the traction load of 1.1kg just to initiate any kind of significant tissue stressing. 20 minutes vs 4 hours, that's a no brainer.
