Does anyone know if it safe to stretch a penis with a bruised prostate?

I have got no pain in my prostate and my balls, but my balls are still swollen.

My doctor said i have bruised my prostate and usually the recover take between 2-3 months. Not sure if it safe to stretch a penis.

Do you recommend if i should wait 2-3 months until i recover or if you recommend me to do exercise if there is a way to get rid of the bruised prostate to allow my ball to go down so i could do the streteching?

I think I accident hit my veins by my balls on the rear seats of my car.
