Is it ok if I do this

I'm doing my stretching exercises in the morning and I do not warm up before doing my stretches I guess its laziness but I want great gains so I will do anything. Also should I stretch more than once a day. When stretching am I suppose to feel a tingling sensation kinda like when u pull Ur finger back when stretching I want to make sure I'm getting a good stretch thanks.
 
If you opt not to do a warm up just do some light stretching prior to the heavy stretching. The tingling sensation is very normal. I do not believe you can over stretch so stretch as much as you like, it will just bring faster length gains.
