Is Creatine Considered Natural?

I was thinking about going on the pure Creatine Mono instead of the mainstream ones ( BSN No-Xplode and Cell-Tech Hardcore ). Is it considered natural? Heard you also lose your muscle gains when going off of it, Is that true? Thanks.
 
I heard it's found in meat sources, and it's all natural. The mainstream stuff like BSN and Muschtech's Hardcore series of Creatine is pretty bad, but the unflavored mono is actually better for you and less expensive.
 
There have been lots of advancements in creatine over the last 10 years. German created mono was the best, but there are lots of other varieties that are more effective. Like all technology, supplements improve over time. I think everyone who lifts weights should take creatine (as long as you aren't a distance runner).
You're not going to lose muscle after getting off it.

If you mean dextrose it is the dextrorotatory form of glucose.
 
Creatine is natural yes and found in the human body. You get it from things like meat. Supplements are obviously not natural sources but do the trick for the purpose made for albeit always read the instructions as many say cycle 2 week on and 1 week off etc. I only use Creatine Ethyl Ester on workout days, a few grammes and thats it. The ethyl ester is something attached to the creatine via an ester which helps it absorb into th body better and not need cycling like with ordinary creatine-M.
 
I will keep this brief. Creatine is natural as it gets. Found in all meat sources & your bones. Take from someone who studied the science of muscle growth & supplements I know this stuff pretty good. I'm a natural bodybuilder, Been lifting for 8 years(Im 21) and have used Creatine since I was about 15 off & on.

People who knock Creatine have their head so far up their ass! They refuse to learn facts. Creatine has become the fall guy for the media to seem so bad yet there is zero proof. Some media outlets will find cases of people with a shit list of other problems that are on Creatine & a list of other stuff, & point the finger at creatine if something goes wrong.
 
And just from advice on supplement advice from trying most of them at one point, USPLAbs Jack3d is MUCH better than the products you mentioned.
 
Creatine plays a crucial role in fueling muscle contractions aswell. For me I always buy a cheaper brand from my trusted source and not the fancy makes which are way over-hyped such as Superpump from Gaspari nutrition. Nothing in these products that you cant purchase on its own from wholesaler dealers, same with creatine.
 
creatine bla bla all this talk every time some other substance yet people all over the world live without huge quantities, next time it will be some other thing..
