Is boob size among women like penis size among men?

Probably to some extent. I think women are more conscious of their boobs, plus more open about it. The area isn't genitalia so that would make sense.
 
I think they are completely different things. The penis and vagina are the main elements for sex and reproduction. Whether a girl has small or big boobs is only extra. However, when it comes down to sex for it to be fun, neither the guy or the woman wants to doing it with a small penis. Sex, although, can still be fun whether the girl has big or small breasts. Think about it this way, how many girls would you still want to have sex with even though they have small boobs. And then think about asking girls how many guys would they want to have sex with who have small penis', I think the results would be very one sided.
 
On the other hand, if you think of the number of boob-jobs that are done yearly all over the world (without any medical reason), you might find the answer to your question.
 
Hmmm. So...the way I see it now is that It is similar to cock size yet not as much of a big deal. Or at least a more "Out in the open" deal.

That goes for penises too. My girlfriend says I have a great looking penis :P
The shape of the shaft, the visibility of the veins, the shape of the glans and all the proportions of a dick also count.
 
I don't think my penis' proportions are what you would call "perfect" But I would much rather make my dick bigger than just make it look pretty.
 
I pretty much different. The booby size can varry vastly more than penis size over genetics (check some of the 32G bitches on other discussion site), because more things influence these. Addionally women have an easier time "upgrading" or "downgrading" than men.

Well, "downgrading" is totally out of the question for guys, I guess rofl
Upgrading, however, albeit being easier for boobs, is cheaper for penis :) Boob implants cost thousands of dollars, but you can enlarge your penis for the price of a bottle of lube rofl

Oh, and I like the 32G girls on other discussion site, thanks for the tip :P
