I don't know if anyone thought of this yet but I was getting tired of pulling and switching hands to do btc stretches so I had an idea. I pulled my dick between the cheeks and sat down on it while still holding my grip behind the glans while leaning back for extra stretching. Doing btc stretches this way I can hold each stretch 3-5 mins each hand if I want and it is a long intense stretch. Do it sitting on a soft surface like a bed so it's easy on your knuckles. You are using your weight to make the stretch intense and by leaning back it pulls harder. Right now I'm doing this for 10 mins but I'm going to try to work up to about 20 mins of this. I just started them a week ago and I like how it's effortless to do and it's almost like hanging.
